Payment Procedure:

Payments for a session or workshop need to be made fully prior to the session or 24 hours after latest.

Payments need to be made online via a bank transfer.
Cancellation policies:

I understand that there are times when you must miss a session due to an emergency or extenuating circumstance outside of your control. In those instances, I ask that you email me directly on batia1111@googlemail.com as soon as you know that you wish to cancel, preferably within 24 hours of your session time. If a session is cancelled under 24 hours you may lose that session without refund.

If I need to cancel a session due to an emergency or extenuating circumstances, I will contact you 24 hours before the session time.

However due to these challenging Covid-19 times, it may be required to cancel/postpone a session last minute, less than 24 hours before the session. If this is the case, it would urged to make contact asap to discuss rearrangements.

If you do not show for your session without prior notice, a full fee will still be required without a refund.

If a workshop needs to cancelled 48 hours or more of the booked date, a full refund will be offered.

If a workshop needs to be cancelled between 24-48 hours of the booked date for the workshop, %50 of the fee will be paid.

If a workshop is cancelled 24 hours or less of the booked date, the full workshop fee will be paid.
